A bronze statue of late Motorhead frontman Ian “Lemmy” Kilmister was unveiled on Wednesday, August 24, in front of the Rainbow Bar & Grill on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California. The statue was created by L.A. based artist Travis Moore, and stands at just over six feet tall. The bronze likeness is also kept in a permanent shrine that was constructed in the patio area of the bar. Moore created the statue free of charge, however costs still arose for the actual fabrication of the piece.
