Released in conjunction with METALLICA’s distilled alcoholic beverage brand, “Blackened Whiskey”, the cover arrives just in time for Halloween.
“No tricks, just a treat,” Blackened said in a social media post containing the video.
“Frankenstein” was originally recorded in 1972 by THE EDGAR WINTER GROUP for inclusion into their “They Only Come Out at Night” album and topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in May 1973.
The song gets it’s name from the sheer amount of work and editing that went into creating the “monster” of a song.
