GUNS N’ ROSES frontman Axl Rose thanked fans for their support after the group’s headlining concert Tuesday night (July 5) in Glasgow, United Kingdom was canceled “due to illness and medical advice”.

During the group’s July 2 concert, Rose told the audience that he was “having issues” with his voice, forcing GUNS N’ ROSES to play a shorter 19-song set, cutting such notable live tunes as “November Rain” from their set.

“So I went to the doctors and all that stuff. I slept here last night to make sure,” Rose, 60, told the crowd on Saturday in a video shared on Twitter. “So I’ll be switching the songs around a little bit, vocally. I hope you don’t mind. We would like to keep going.”
