It appears that rock music, in all of it’s forms, is still alive and well, especially when it comes to live shows and touring.
THE ROLLING STONES had the highest-grossing tour in the world for 2021, according to Pollstar, the publication dedicated to covering the worldwide concert industry. The band’s “No Filter” run generated a total of $115.5 million from just 12 performances in total. Other notable artists whose tours landed in the top 100 include GUNS N’ ROSES, KISS, SLIPKNOT and MEGADETH / LAMB OF GOD.
