The boyfriend of THE DISTILLERS frontwoman Brody Dalle has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, Josh Homme (QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE) after the musician allegedly threatened to throw him off a balcony.
According to TMZ, Gunner Foxx claims that Homme approached him at the Apple Store in Thousand Oaks, CA on Christmas Eve and said to him “I’m going to kill you, you fucking pussy.”
Foxx also alleges that the QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE frontman then threatened to throw him off the second story balcony of The Oaks shopping mall when they were outside of the Apple store location. Homme then reportedly grabbed Foxx by the arm, dug his fingernails into him, and attempted to throw him over the railing. Homme had fled the scene before authorities arrived.
In court documents, Foxx claims that Josh may have once broken into the home he shares with Dalle and slashed his car tires.
A judge has subsequently granted Foxx a temporary restraining order against the musician, which requires Homme to stay at least fifty yards away from him and his two daughters.
Foxx’s allegations are just the latest in the ongoing break-up between Josh Homme and Brody Dalle, who are also in a bitter custody battle of their three kids.
