JUDAS PRIEST’s RICHIE FAULKNER Records Guest Solo For New DEMON HUNTER Album

Judas Priest's Richie Faulkner lays down a solo for the upcoming Demon Hunter record.

JUDAS PRIEST guitarist Richie Faulkner is set to appear on DEMON HUNTER’s upcoming album , “Exile”, in the form of a guest solo.

Richie recorded the solo on Tuesday (December 14) at his home studio, The Falcon’s Nest, in Nashville, Tennessee with the help of DEMON HUNTER guitarist Jeremiah Scott, who is the album’s producer.

You can check out a video of Richie laying down his guitar solo for the record below.

The vast majority of “Exile” is being recorded at Jeremiah’s studio in Nashville, The Southern Oracle. Scott is an experienced producer, audio engineer and musician who built The Falcon’s Nest for Richie after the JUDAS PRIEST guitarist moved to Tennessee a few years ago.

Faulkner’s appearance on the new DEMON HUNTER album marks his first recording since suffering an acute cardiac aortic dissection onstage during JUDAS PRIEST’s set at the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky in late September. Faulkner underwent a 10-hour, life saving surgery and continues to recover at home in Nashville.
