LAMB OF GOD are apparently in the studio with producer Josh Wilbur (KORN, MEGADETH, GOJIRA, TRIVIUM) working on new music.
The news of the Richmond, Virginia metal group’s recording sessions was revealed by members of the band BODY COUNT who posted a photo of guitarists Ernie C and Juan Garcia, with LAMB OF GOD frontman Randy Blythe to their Instagram, including the caption: “When your friend @drandallblythe invites you to do back up vocals on brand new @lambofgod material…you show up and support. And the new LAMB OF GOD is slamming!!! Great job guys”.
LAMB OF GOD’s next record will be the follow-up to the band’s self-titled album, which arrived in June 2020 via Epic Records in the U.S. and Nuclear Blast Records in Europe.
“Lamb Of God” was also recorded with producer Josh Wilbur and is the first LAMB OF GOD album to feature new drummer Art Cruz, who replaced original drummer Chris Adler in July 2019.
