in flames, Loaded Radio talks with Anders from In Flames about ‘Siren Charms,’ the upcoming tour and the possibility of playing live with Jesper Stromblad again…

Loaded Radio’s Scott Penfold recently hung out with In Flames frontman Anders Friden on the band’s tour bus during their final concert date of 2015.  The date, which was the last to feature fellow bands Opeth and Red Fang, saw the band preparing for a brief break before hitting the road again for their own North Amercian headlining tour which kicks off February 20th in Agoura Hills California alongside All That Remains and Wovenwar.

The interview, which can be heard below, features in depth conversation with the In Flames singer, discussing everything from the band’s upcoming touring schedule, past works and also an interesting segment on the band’s openess to perform live with founding member Jesper Stromblad again.

Stromblad left the band back in 2010, commenting…

“I have decided it is best for me to leave In Flames and to quit the band permanently.

The last 17 years have been a blast, and I am proud to have been part of this great journey, with the most talented and amazing people anyone can wish to have the privilege to work with.

I’m also the luckiest guy in the world, to have the BEST fans in the world, who have been supporting me during my difficult times. It means the world to me, and I’m determined to fight and defeat my demons once and for all…. and by the help from you guys, I’m on my way.

I’m far from done with music, metal, or whatever my direction is taking me, so be sure to hear from me in the future.

… May the Force be with you!”
