Loved ones, including family members and ex-bandmates, took the time to wish late VAN HALEN guitarist Eddie Van Halen a “Happy Birthday” on what would have been his 67th birthday.
VAN HALEN drummer and Eddie’s brother Alex Van Halen, wrote: “Hey Ed, Happy birthday! May your light never dim. Love you, miss you and btw… Wolf is killin’ it.”
Eddie’s son Wolfgang Van Halen Tweeted: “Happy birthday, Pop. I love and miss you more than you could ever know.”
Sammy Hagar posted: “Happy birthday my dear friend, I sure do miss you. Thank God we still and always will have the music to celebrate. On this day 24 hours of VH in order.”
VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony said: “Happy birthday Ed, I miss ya brother! You were such a huge part of my life, I will always celebrate and wave the VH flag high!!”
Eddie died in October 2020 at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California after losing a long battle with cancer.
