Guns N’ Roses have donated an autographed drumhead to be auctioned off at a benefit concert for the people of Flint, Michigan who have been affected by the water contamination crisis.
In a picture of the drumhead, tweeted by rock journalist Mitch Lafon, the band signatures include singer Axl Rose, guitarist Slash, bassist Duff McKagan, keyboardist Dizzy Reed, drummer Frank Ferrer and guitarist Richard Fortus which seems to confirm the band’s lineup for their upcoming ‘reunion’ shows in Las Vegas, Mexico and the 2016 Coachella Festival.
The full band lineup has yet to be confirmed at this point, however former guitarist Izzy Stradlin created a Twitter account and tweeted late last month that he has “no involvement in the upcoming April 2016 GNR shows.”
Speculation had continued on the involvement of original drummer Steven Adler, with the bandmembers not sure whether the stickman who has a history of drug and alcohol problems, would be able to hold it together on the road. Adler’s replacement drummer Matt Sorum is reportedly not involved.
The benefit concert for the people of Flint, Michigan takes place on Tuesday, March 15 at Beast Of Bourbon in Brooklyn, New York, and will be headlined by Mule Kick, which features Ferrer alongside Rob Bailey, Rob Clores and Brett Bass.
