“I am thrilled to be able to expand the Great American Nightmare to TWO new cities this year,” says Zombie. “My only goal is to make it twice as sick as last year.”

Both locations will feature three different haunted houses based on Zombie’s films ‘The Lords of Salem‘, ‘The Haunted World of El Superbeasto 3D’ and ‘Haunt of 1,000 Corpses.’.

Steve Kopelman, who is producer of the ‘Great American Nightmare’ says, “Chicago is a haunted house hotbed with the Odeum Expo Center being the go-to haunted house venue for the past two decades. We really feel the Midwest will welcome this event with open arms and this will be the ultimate Chicagoland Halloween event.”

‘Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare’ runs from Sept. 26-Nov. 1 at the Odeum Expo in Villa Park, Ill. which will in fact feature a full concert by Zombie.

Tickets for the Chicago-area ‘Nightmare’ go on sale July 30 at 10AM CT here. Tickets start at only $25 for all dates from Sept. 27-Nov. 1. The Sept. 26 opening, which features the Zombie concert, has tickets starting at $45.
