SPIRITBOX guitarist and founding member Mike Stringer joins us on the latest edition of THE LOADED RADIO PODCAST.
Before starting SPIRITBOX in 2016, husband and wife duo of singer Courtney LaPlante and guitarist Mike Stringer were both in the metal band iwrestledabearonce. After that group packed it in, the duo would begin working diligently together at creating music which would lay the foundations for SPIRITBOX today. Joined by bassist Bill Crook and drummer Zev Rose, the band will be dropping their much anticipated debut album, ‘Eternal Blue’ on September 17 via Rise Records.
In the discussion, Mike talks about the band’s formation, working with his significant other Courtney LaPlante, his love of 7-string guitars and the story behind that song that has been making people cry since it’s release.
