Nearly three years after its release, TOOL’s latest studio album, “Fear Inoculum”, has re-entered Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart.

When the album first dropped at the end of August 2019, the record topped the Top Album Sales chart, claiming the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart with 270,000 album equivalent units moved.

With the recent release of the limited edition ultra deluxe vinyl box set of the effort, TOOL have returned to the Top Album Sales chart with around 18,500 units sold, 18,000 of which were vinyl.

Streaming numbers also factor into the Billboard 200 ranking, however only traditional album sales contribute to the Top Album Sales chart.

Sitting ahead of TOOL’s re-entry onto the chart is the ‘Encanto’ Disney movie soundtrack (No. 2 — 19,000 copies sold), RED HOT CHILI PEPPER’s “Unlimited Love” (No. 3 — nearly 19,000 copies sold) and WET LEG’s debut album (No. 4 — 18,500 copies sold).
