Video: LACUNA COIL Play First Live Show Before An Audience In Over Two Years

Lacuna Coil took the live stage for the first time last night in front of an audience in more than two years.

Italian metal act LACUNA COIL took the live stage for the first time last night (Thursday, April 7) in front of an audience in more than two years as the support act for APOCALYPTICA at the Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia.

You can check out fan-filmed video footage below.

Before last night’s performance, the last time LACUNA COIL played live together was at the group’s September 2020 livestream event where the band performed their latest album, “Black Anima”, in its entirety with no audience at the Alcatraz Club in Milan, Italy. That show was eventually released as a live album, “Live From The Apocalypse”, via Century Media.

LACUNA COIL hadn’t played in front of an actual crowd since the completion of the band’s South American tour in February 2020.

Less than two months ago, LACUNA COIL said that they begun recording “a very special project.” No further details have been revealed as of yet.
