METALLICA guitarist Kirk Hammett jumped on stage with metal icons JUDAS PRIEST last night (Sunday, September 26) at the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky to perform “The Green Manalishi (With The Two Pronged Crown)”.
The song, made notable by JUDAS PRIEST, was originally written by Peter Green and recorded by California rock band FLEETWOOD MAC.
The METALLICA guitarist used his “Greeny” Gibson 1959 Les Paul Standard for his appearance – an instrument that once belonged to both Peter Green himself and virtuoso guitarist Gary Moore.
