Yet another woman, who chooses to identify as “Jane Doe”, is suing MARILYN MANSON (real name Brian Warner) for Rape and Assault. In a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County state Superior Court, the woman claims MARILYN MANSON raped her and forced her to watch a gruesome video depicting a groupie being raped and tortured.
“Jane Doe” claims she started dating MANSON in 2011. According to TMZ, the woman claims the shock rocker showed her a video that he claimed he kept locked in a safe. The video shows a groupie being tortured and abused after Manson’s 1996 concert at the Hollywood Bowl. In the video, the fan is being forced to do sexual acts, is tied to a chair, is made to drink urine, is threatened with a gun and also pistol-whipped.
The woman claims the video had her fearing for her life. In a separate incident, when the woman went to return MANSON’s key, she alleges the shock rocker forced her to the ground and raped her. She went on to claim that after he finished the rape, he threatened to kill her.
A representative of MARILYN MANSON told TMZ that while they wouldn’t comment on the lawsuit, the video being referenced “was a scripted short film meant to be used for a future project that was never officially released.”
A warrant for MANSON’s arrest was revealed in New Hampshire earlier this week, for an incident at a 2019 concert where he spit on a photographer.
Back in February, actress Evan Rachel Wood publicly named MANSON as her abuser after previously providing congressional testimony about abuse in 2018. Once Wood went public with her claims against Manson that opened the door for more people to come forward.
As claims started to mount, Manson issued a statement that read: “Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”
After the initial claims, Manson was dropped from his label, removed from acting roles and his manager of 25 years severed ties with the musician.
One of MANSON’s former personal assistants has backed her claims and alleged the shock rocker is abusing his current wife. Another former personal assistant is suing him for abuse.
